Student Learning Services's goals are to assist students in understanding themselves as learners, to improve successful course completion rates and to improve student retention rates through graduation. To this end, we are committed to including individuals with disabilities as full participants in programs, services and activities through compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Student Learning Services ensures that qualified students with disabilities have equal access to educational opportunities at the University of Dayton so they can participate, freely and actively, in all facets of University life.
